We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and highly-motivated Senior Channel Manager to drive growth from our existing Adobe relationship. The goal of the Senior Channel Manager is to achieve of significant revenue growth targets and engage cross-functionally on initiatives that will strengthen ties and mutual value. The Senior Channel Manager will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Revenue & Partnerships.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in mobile, working with channel partners, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize revenue growth via our Adobe resell relationship.
  • Develop a scalable model to support the Adobe Field in a high-volume business
  • Create long-lasting relationships with the Adobe Field to ensure that our augmented capabilities are always top of mind as they pursue growth
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen the relationship with Adobe
  • Own internal training and communication on partnership agreements & capabilities to ensure client service and sales teams can secure new and incremental business
  • Interface directly with clients and partners and secure financial and strategic business goals from decision makers

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years partnership account management experience in results-driven environments
  • Strong solution/consultative sales experience
  • Experience managing a high quantity of opportunities and rep relationships; develop processes, content, and tools that enable scale across 100+ individuals and 2K+ accounts
  • Experience in mobile marketing and /or mobile advertising highly preferred
  • Experience working with Adobe is highly preferred
  • Develop, manage and execute a channels sales strategy
  • Ability to work cross-functionally (product, sales, marketing, finance, etc.)
  • Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer, solutions, as well as translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits
  • Demonstrated experience in driving aggressive growth with accountability to revenue goals and forecasting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and present highly professional, effective presentations for both business and technical audiences
  • Superior negotiation and presentation skills

  • Proven track record juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong project management and critical thinking skills

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000 and the on-target earnings (OTE) compensation range is $130,000 to $145,000. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
