We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive with deep messaging expertise and a proven ability to close six-figure enterprise deals. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our Connect business—owning the sales cycle, closing new logos, and shaping how top brands engage customers through mobile. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Vice President of API & Partnerships. Vibes has been recognized in 2025 as a Built In Best Places to Work.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive bookings by managing a disciplined, creative, and compelling sales process
  • Position unique and compelling value propositions for verticals and buyer personas with agility
  • Translate technical capabilities—like our direct carrier messaging pipes and developer-friendly APIs—into business value for enterprise buyers
  • Provide informed and accurate forecasting on opportunities and deals
  • Generate consistent outbound pipeline through activities including social, direct calling, and emailing target accounts 
  • Work in demand-generation, pipeline-generation and account-based marketing technologies to execute, manage and measure outreach
  • Build and maintain expertise on the business trends and key initiatives of our target brands and personae
  • Master vision and value-based sales messaging and positioning
  • Consistently exceed individual weekly, monthly and quarterly goals, serving as a top contributor to overall sales pipeline
  • Open doors to new accounts through relationship building or self-led prospecting, creating opportunities and managing to close
  • Provide insight to the business through consistent activity and performance tracking in Hubspot 
  • Provide high-energy, compelling demonstrations on our solution for prospects as needed
  • Develop high-empathy, authentic connections with prospective buyers

Requirements & Qualifications:

Sales Experience & Approach:

  • 5+ years’ experience meeting or exceeding quota in enterprise SMS aggregation sales with a priority emphasis on the US market
  • Demonstrated ability to regularly lead and manage enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close at values of >$100K
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently win in a highly competitive market
  • Proven ability to generate new business through multi-channel prospecting
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders and drive resolution within a sales process
  • Demonstrated creativity in cultivating business opportunities that convert to sales
  • Growth mindset, driven to learn, and highly coachable
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion for our product and the future of messaging

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $240,000, including base salary and any related performance-based bonuses/commissions. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
