We are seeking a Product Manager to help lead a developer-first, self-serve RCS agent provisioning and message-building platform powered by a product-led growth (PLG) go-to-market strategy.

This role is responsible for executing the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of a platform that enables developers, partners, and brands to efficiently create, provision, manage, and optimize RCS agents and rich messaging experiences. The Product Manager will operate at the intersection of APIs, messaging infrastructure, compliance, user experience, and monetization, transforming complex ecosystem requirements into scalable and intuitive product capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings a deep appreciation for developer experience and demonstrated success building and scaling PLG products within regulated or technically complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision

  • Assist in the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a developer-focused RCS provisioning and message construction platform
  • Evolve core platform capabilities, including agent lifecycle management, message composition, templates, validation, compliance workflows, analytics, and extensibility
  • Translate carrier, OEM, and ecosystem constraints into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform scalability, reliability, and monetization objectives

Developer Experience and Platform Design

  • Establish and maintain a high-quality developer experience across APIs, SDKs, documentation, and user interfaces
  • Partner closely with Developer Relations to ensure efficient onboarding, intuitive workflows, and continuous feedback loops
  • Lead the design of self-serve provisioning, sandbox environments, and production readiness workflows
  • Ensure the platform effectively supports both no-code/low-code users and advanced API-driven implementations

Product-Led Growth and Go-to-Market

  • Define and optimize PLG motion across activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion
  • Refine pricing, packaging, and usage-based monetization models aligned with customer value
  • Establish and track product success metrics, including activation rates, time-to-value, retention, and expansion
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support hybrid PLG and sales-assisted motions while preserving self-serve integrity

Execution and Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build, lead, mentor, and scale a team of product managers focused on platform, workflows, and growth initiatives
  • Partner closely with Engineering to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable features on predictable release cycles
  • Collaborate with Messaging Ops, Compliance, and Carrier Relations teams to ensure policy-aligned product design and delivery
  • Serve as the primary product authority for developer-focused RCS capabilities across the organization

Qualifications

  • 3-6+ years of product management experience
  • Demonstrated success delivering API-driven platforms and developer tooling
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth principles and self-serve go-to-market models
  • Experience operating within regulated, technical, or ecosystem-dependent environments
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical and compliance requirements into effective product experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CPaaS, messaging platforms, or conversational technologies
  • Familiarity with RCS, A2P messaging, or telecom-adjacent ecosystems
  • Prior collaboration with Developer Relations teams or developer communities
  • Experience scaling products from early adoption to enterprise-grade, multi-tenant platforms
  • Comfort leading through ambiguity and building structure in evolving product environments

Our Core Values

  • Respect, Honesty, and Integrity for All Stakeholders
  • Always be Learning
  • Relentless Focus on the Customer
  • Never be Satisfied
  • Create Value
  • Seek Accountability and Ownership

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
