Enterprise Account Executive - Platform

Remote, United States of America

About Vibes

At Vibes, we're redefining how enterprise brands connect with their customers through mobile. Vibes helps marketing, loyalty, and customer experience professionals at the world's most respected brands create personal, revenue-driving, and long-term mobile engagement between consumers and the brands they love. Industry leaders like Chipotle, Ulta, and Polo Ralph Lauren use Vibes to activate and grow customer relationships with timely, relevant, high-volume mobile messaging at a global scale.

Our intelligent mobile engagement platform enables marketers to seamlessly connect with their customers using a data-rich, API-packed platform that beautifully optimizes and unifies their SMS, MMS, RCS, and Mobile Wallet campaigns. Vibes has been recognized in 2026 as a Built In Best Hybrid Places to Work.

The Role

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who is equal parts relationship builder, marketing expert, and disciplined operator, not a features-and-functions pitch person. We want someone who deeply understands the world of enterprise marketers: the pressure they're under, the fragmented tools they navigate, the constant battle for consumer mindshare. Our ideal candidate is someone who shows up as a trusted advisor who genuinely helps them win. At Vibes, that means selling at the forefront of mobile marketing innovation, from high-volume SMS and MMS to RCS, the next generation of rich, conversational messaging, and an AI-native platform that's changing how brands orchestrate personalized engagement at scale.

You'll work with some of the most recognized consumer brands in the world. You'll build high-trust relationships quickly, listen more than you talk, and translate complex capabilities into clear business value, helping prospects see not just what our platform does, but what becomes possible when they use it.

What You'll Do

  • Build a disciplined pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting, including social, direct outreach, events, and referrals
  • Lead enterprise sales cycles from first conversation through close, with deal values exceeding $100K
  • Develop and deliver value propositions tailored to each prospect's specific challenges and goals
  • Translate technical capabilities, including our carrier messaging infrastructure, RCS features, and APIs, into clear business impact for marketing buyers
  • Show up as a strong event presence: approach new people confidently, assess fit quickly, and leave every interaction with a meaningful connection
  • Keep HubSpot current and accurate, with reliable forecasting, timely follow-up, and clean deal data
  • Use AI tools to drive efficiency without sacrificing personalization or strategic thinking
  • Build deep knowledge of target brand trends, marketing priorities, and buyer personas
  • Consistently exceed individual weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
  • Travel to conferences and in-person meetings as needed, up to 50% of the time

Who You Are

A Relationship Seller, Not a Pitch Machine

  • You build trust quickly and authentically; prospects feel heard and understood in your presence
  • You're high-empathy, curious about people, and genuinely focused on solving the right problem for each customer
  • You read a room well; at an event, you can tell within minutes whether someone is a real opportunity or not, and you invest accordingly
  • You have a track record of relationship selling, not transactional selling

A Marketing Insider

  • You understand how enterprise marketing teams operate, including their goals, pressures, metrics, and internal dynamics
  • You can speak fluently about marketing orchestration, mobile engagement, and what it takes for a brand to win consumer mindshare at scale
  • Martech customer success experience is a strong plus; you know what keeps marketers up at night
  • You connect capabilities to outcomes and make it easy for buyers to see the impact

A Sharp, Compelling Communicator

  • You're an excellent active listener; you hear what's said and what isn't and adjust your approach accordingly
  • You're concise and on point; you don't ramble or lose the thread
  • You can tailor a pitch on the fly based on what you've heard and learned about the person in front of you
  • Your written communication is creative, engaging, and purposeful

An Operational Pro

  • HubSpot is a tool you actually use; not an afterthought
  • You forecast accurately, follow up reliably, and know when to disqualify
  • You use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-enabled tools, and strong research skills to stay sharp and move fast
  • You're data-driven: you track what's working, learn from what isn't, and adjust

AI-Forward and Human-First

  • You use AI to drive volume and efficiency without letting it flatten your voice or replace your judgment
  • You can speak credibly about how AI fits into your day-to-day workflow
  • You've found the right blend of high-volume output, high-quality execution, and high-empathy personalization

Fearless, Resilient, and Hungry

  • You have a track record of overcoming real obstacles and bouncing back with a positive mindset
  • You're action-oriented and self-directed; you don't need external motivation to do excellent work
  • You stay positive and steady in the face of challenges
  • You're coachable, have a genuine growth mindset, and can talk honestly about mistakes and what you learned from them

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience consistently meeting or exceeding quota; martech experience required, with a strong preference for candidates with QSR or retail technology backgrounds
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and close complex enterprise sales cycles with deal values exceeding $100K
  • Martech customer success experience is a meaningful plus
  • Proven multi-channel prospecting skills; you know how to open doors and keep them open
  • Strong command of enterprise sales tools: HubSpot (preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-enabled productivity tools
  • High emotional intelligence; you read people well and adjust accordingly
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time for conferences and in-person meetings
  • Currently located in and authorized to work in the United States, preferably in Chicago

Our Core Values

  • Respect, Honesty, and Integrity for All Stakeholders
  • Always be Learning
  • Relentless Focus on the Customer
  • Never be Satisfied
  • Create Value
  • Seek Accountability and Ownership

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $280,000, including base salary and performance-based commissions. Final compensation will be determined by a candidate's relevant experience, skills, and certifications.

Vibes offers a full benefits slate including competitive salaries, equity options, medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 12 paid holidays, flexible vacation, commuter benefits, a 401(k) with match, and paid parental leave.

Equal Opportunity Employer

Vibes is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, parental or pregnancy status, marriage and civil partnership, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Reasonable accommodations will be made to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and will be provided as requested by candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
