Job Description
VIC the PICC is seeking a Territory Manager – Nevada to oversee our team of vascular access nurses and support operations. This role is ideal for an experienced PICC RN who is ready to combine clinical work with team management, operations, and customer relationship development. In addition to base pay, this role includes per-line compensation for insertions performed.
As a Territory Manager, you’ll play a vital role in scheduling, staffing, quality oversight, and client relations, while also jumping in to perform vascular access procedures when needed. You’ll work closely with clinical leadership, dispatch, HR, and sales to ensure high-quality service and team success across Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Coordinate monthly nurse schedules
- Assist Dispatch with day-to-day staffing needs
- Interview, hire, and onboard new nurses (in conjunction with CNO and HR)
- Ensure annual competency evaluations are completed on time
- Help HR track and maintain nurse credentials
- Support clinical training of new hires or arrange appropriate training
- Address issues related to insertions or facility complaints
- Partner with QA Nurse on quality reviews and improvement plans
- Help develop workflows and tools to support nurse efficiency
Clinical Support
- Perform PICC, midline, and USGIV insertions as needed based on volume and coverage
- Assist with triage coordination as needed
Client Relationship Management
- Work closely with Sales to develop new accounts and maintain strong relationships with current facilities
- Serve as local point of contact for clinical service quality and satisfaction
Onboarding Support
- Lead company orientation for new nurses in Nevada and other Western states, as needed
Compensation
- Competitive base salary, plus per-line compensation for vascular access procedures performed
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with active Nevada license (or compact)
- Minimum 3 years of recent acute care experience preferred
- Proven proficiency in ultrasound-guided vascular access (PICC, midline, USGIV)
- Prior leadership or scheduling experience strongly preferred
- Organized and dependable with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Smartphone required
Compensation is based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.
Hourly Pay Range
$60 - $75 USD
