We are looking to hire 12 more Account Managers to start between now & June 15th, 2026!
This opportunity is fully in-office based in Beverly, MA.
This position is specifically for Account Management. Our Recruiting team is a separate, specialized function that you will partner closely with.

This is an ideal opportunity for graduating seniors looking to launch a long-term career in sales, business, or leadership. No prior sales experience required, we provide all the training and mentorship needed to succeed.

What is sales at Vi-Leon?

Sales at Vi-Leon is a team effort between our Account Managers and Recruiters. Account Managers focus on building client partnerships and driving business growth, while our Recruiters focus on identifying and placing top talent.
As an Account Manager, you will specialize in client-facing sales, business development, and relationship management, while partnering closely with our Recruiting team, who support your accounts by delivering qualified candidates.
This role teaches you foundational business and sales skills that can accelerate your career and open doors to leadership, entrepreneurship, and high-level sales opportunities long-term.

Account Management Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs
  • Identify key decision-makers in companies that rely on contract talent
  • Build new client relationships and grow existing accounts
  • Partner closely with our Recruiting team, who identify and deliver qualified candidates for your client needs
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to support ongoing projects
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and expanding your book of business

Recruiter Responsibilities:

Our Recruiters are specialized in identifying, interviewing, and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process. They:

  • Build relationships with professionals who are seeking their next career opportunity
  • Learn about candidates’ skills, career goals, and interests to match them with the right roles
  • Support candidates throughout their assignments and help them secure future opportunities
