The Role

The Director of Revenue Operations will lead the strategic design and optimization of our revenue infrastructure across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, driving scalable growth through data-driven decisions and technology enablement. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership, collaborating with executive teams to improve revenue performance while mentoring and empowering a team of professionals who collaboratively implement and maintain critical revenue systems and processes.

What you will do 

  • Own and optimize the complete revenue tech stack and processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success 
  • Partner with Finance to manage critical revenue KPIs (including CAC, LTV, NRR, and conversion metrics), revenue recognition, and forecasting processes to drive strategic planning
  • Design and implement comprehensive revenue performance frameworks and analytics systems, including predictive modeling and AI-driven insights, to drive executive decision-making and optimize the customer journey
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue team efficiency through change management and adoption of new processes and tools
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards and lead management strategies, including enrichment processes, scoring models, and feedback loops across revenue systems

Who we are looking for 

  • 6+  years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and revenue intelligence tools
  • Advanced data analytics skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
  • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record scaling RevOps in a high-growth environment ($20M-$100M ARR)
  • Strong background in revenue forecasting, financial planning, and revenue recognition principles
  • Must be hands on in implementing and optimizing revenue tech stacks
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Track record of successful change management initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • Ability to be on-site 3 days a week in NY Office on a hybrid work schedule 

What is Nice to Have

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
  • Understanding of AI/ML applications in revenue operations
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Revenue Operations, Six Sigma)
  • Experience in SaaS or similar subscription/usage-based business models

The target base salary for this role is between $140,000 and $180,000per year (Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, and level of experience)
