The role
As a Growth Development Executive at Vim, you’ll be a frontline contributor to our commercial engine—responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem. Your work will directly influence Vim’s revenue pipeline by setting high-quality meetings and uncovering valuable prospects that align with our ideal customer profile.
This is more than a traditional BDR role: you’ll be embedded in a high-performing, marketing-led growth team that values creativity, strategy, and thoughtful outreach over high-volume spamming. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and demand generation to develop targeted campaigns, craft personalized communications, and create moments of genuine connection with healthcare decision-makers.
Your impact will be measured not only by activity and output (e.g., outreach, meetings booked) but also by your ability to surface qualified opportunities that convert and move through the funnel. If you're energized by building relationships, influencing outcomes, and working at the center of healthcare and technology transformation, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Qualify and manage a high-volume pipeline of prospects through inbound campaigns and outbound research
- Book discovery and demo meetings with prospective customers for senior sales leads
- Conduct personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to build interest with Vim’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to execute targeted ABM campaigns
- Engage with healthcare-specific events and communities; conduct pre-event research and prospecting
- Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries and marketing-driven leads
- Partner closely with sales on lead handoffs and early sales stages to ensure smooth transitions
- Track KPIs across outreach volume, meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline generated
- Contribute to thought leadership and awareness by engaging with industry content and amplifying Vim’s voice
What You’ll Need
- 2–4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or marketing demand gen role—specifically within a healthcare technology company
- Strong grasp of the healthcare ecosystem: health plans, providers, MSOs, and value-based care models
- Proven ability to hit or exceed outreach and meeting KPIs
- Track record of booking qualified meetings and generating pipeline from both outbound and inbound sources
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for lead analysis and list management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated by results
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Based in NYC and comfortable working in-office on a hybrid work schedule
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting events and conferences for lead generation
- Familiarity with ABM strategies in a B2B context
- Experience working with international or distributed teams
- Experience with Israeli companies or team structures
