The Role

As an Account Manager you’ll be responsible for supporting and leading some  client relationships across a portfolio of accounts. You will serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities. Over time, you may also take the lead on a subset of accounts, building credibility and trust as the relationship owner.

 

What you will do 

  • Support the team on  a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Develop deep relationships with stakeholders at client organizations, including day-to-day contacts and customer stakeholders Support Identification of and execution on opportunities for renewal, upsell, and cross-sell to drive account growth
  • Support the team to build account plans and strategies that align client objectives with Vim’s solutions and measurable outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by proactively identifying risks, addressing issues, and surfacing opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Network Engagement, and Delivery to ensure seamless execution of client needs
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client priorities and informing product and operational improvements
  • Track, analyze, and report on client performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and demonstrate value

 

Who we are looking for 

  • 4–6 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare technology company
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering on revenue targets
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and a passion for growth
  • Skilled communicator and relationship builder Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in or near NYC — this is a hybrid role based out of our Chelsea office

 

What is Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of value-based care models and payer-provider partnerships
  • Experience in digital health, healthcare IT, or two-sided marketplaces

The target salary for this role is between $115,000-$150,000 per year (Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, and level of experience and this number is inclusive of bonus/variable packages)
