You're the person who figures out what gets built next — and then builds it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Ship AI systems that change how the company operates

• ◆ Hunt and eliminate operational bottlenecks — identify where time, money, or quality is leaking across the company and build the AI-powered solution that closes the gap.
• ◆ Build the connective tissue — design and maintain infrastructure that links AI agents to the CRMs, databases, communication tools, and internal systems people actually use; the goal is zero friction, not another ticket queue.
• ◆ Own the full product lifecycle — from a raw problem statement to a working agent in production; small utilities and complex systems like a voice-based SDR handling real conversations with real humans.
• ◆ Design for reliability, not just novelty — build quality systems and monitoring that keep AI workflows performing in production, not just in demos.
• ◆ Work across every team — if a function at Vim has a problem AI can solve, you're building the solution; no handoffs, no layers.

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF

You build first and ask questions later

• ✓ You've shipped AI-powered systems that real people use — not prototypes, not demos; production systems with real users and real stakes.
• ✓ You're strong in Python and comfortable with APIs, data flows, and integrating third-party services.
• ✓ You have hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent architectures — you know what breaks in production and how to prevent it.
• ✓ You've worked with orchestration tools — n8n, LangChain, or similar; you pick the right tool, not the trendy one.
• ✓ You move from problem to working solution in days — not weeks of planning or spec-writing.
• ✓ You have 3+ years building automation, internal tools, or AI-powered systems at a pace that matches your ambition.
• ✓ You're comfortable when priorities shift — and you treat yesterday's work getting replaced by something better as progress, not waste.

Nice to have:

• ◆ Experience with voice AI, conversational AI, or real-time systems
• ◆ Healthcare industry experience
• ◆ Familiarity with MCP, Claude, HubSpot, or tools in our stack

• ✗ You're more comfortable maintaining than creating — this role is almost entirely net-new; if greenfield feels uncomfortable, it will feel that way every day.
• ✗ You want to do AI research or build ML models — this is applied engineering; the science is done, the building is not.
• ✗ You treat AI as an interest, not your default operating mode — if you haven't built AI into how you actually work, this role will feel like a mismatch from day one.

COMPENSATION: 140,000-190,000$ + equity  |  Full benefits
