Director, Enterprise Content

Vimeo is seeking a dynamic Director of Enterprise Content to spearhead our content strategy, driving awareness and generating pipeline growth for our Enterprise products https://vimeo.com/ott/home | https://vimeo.com/enterprise). This role is essential to Vimeo's next stage of growth, blending insights from Sales, Product, and Marketing stakeholders to craft compelling, impactful content. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Content & SEO and work across the marketing team on initiatives that drive net new leads and pipeline for Vimeo Enterprise. 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored to drive awareness and generate leads for Vimeo's Enterprise products, aligning closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Orchestrate and accelerate the journey from prospect to customer across channels - paid media, social, email, events, and onsite promotions
  • Partner with Product Marketing to activate and execute on product launch campaigns for Vimeo’s Enterprise product
  • Analyze content performance metrics alongside Demand Generation Marketing to continuously optimize strategies and improve engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • Proven track record in developing and executing content strategies for enterprise products, preferably within the video marketing or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing dynamics, with experience in leveraging content to drive lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing projects at various levels of scale and adapt to fast moving, agile teams
  • Excellence in communication and stakeholder management

Bonus points (nice skills to have, but not needed):

  • Experience with video technology is a substantial plus

Targeted Base Salary Range: $135,000.00 to $205,500.00

The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
