Sales Development Representative Fluent in Korean & English
Location : Singapore

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will prospect and qualify potential customers for the Vimeo Sales team, building trust and rapport that result in qualified opportunities. The Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact between prospective customers and Vimeo and will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for determining potential opportunities for new business, and can rapidly qualify, convert, and assign those opportunities.

  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization
  • Managing a high volume of inbound leads with a strategy on prioritization of your leads
  • Researching and understanding various lines of business and personas
  • Work to meet and exceed monthly goals defined to maximize deal flow with outbound emails, calls, setting up meetings, etc.

Skills & knowledge you should possess:

  • 1+ years’ of work experience. Preferably in market research, lead generation, marketing or sales, ideally within SaaS businesses.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have an outgoing personality and the ability to hold an engaging conversation or write an attention-grabbing email.
  • Manage our inbound marketing lead flow by identifying customer needs and solve for gaps within their current tech stack. 
  • High level of resilience and ability to handle objection both over phone and email
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to maximize efficiency
  • Represent the company and our products with a high degree of professionalism
  • A competitive nature and relentless drive to succeed
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software, outreach, Chat tools, Zoominfo, SalesNav.
