Product Marketing Lead

Vimeo is looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Lead  to join our Product Marketing team. You will work at the intersection of product, marketing and sales to orchestrate high-impact GTM launches and sales strategies to support our Enterprise business. 

You will focus on shaping our Enterprise messaging and positioning, identifying and leading revenue generating sales programs and support our Enterprise marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a data-driven self-starter with exceptional messaging and positioning skills, who can work on both creative marketing initiatives and data-driven strategy. 

This is a highly visible individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Shape our Vimeo Enterprise narrative: Develop and own compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Vimeo’s enterprise solutions in the market
  • Lead Sales Programs: Identify, shape and lead revenue generating sales programs (e.g. ICP development and expansion plays)
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities, and use data-driven insights to inform product marketing strategies
  • Customer Calls: Support strategic customer calls as the product marketing expert and bring insights and feedback back to the business 
  • Navigate the organization: Build relationships with a diverse range of partners and contributors, including Marketing, Creative, Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks: Identify and proactively address potential obstacles and risks across multiple teams.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience
  • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably in enterprise video with a consistent record of developing and implementing successful product marketing programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and effectively present ideas
  • Clear track record of driving business results through data-driven marketing strategies 
  • Fast-paced, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to implement marketing initiatives at speed to capitalize on market opportunities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Passion for video and Vimeo's mission

Base Salary Range:

  • NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles:    $158,000 - $216,500
  • All other US cities outside above metro areas:   $142,200 - $194,850
