Your Impact:

As a Principal QA Engineer, you'll be a key driver of quality, working closely with engineering teams, product managers, developers and other stakeholders to:

• Lead the charge in ensuring exceptional product quality: Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies, including both automated and exploratory testing, for our core product components.
• Elevate our automation capabilities: Collaborate with fellow testers and developers to expand and maintain our suite of robust automated API and browser-based checks.
• Become a trusted quality advocate: Provide expert guidance and leadership on all testing and quality-related activities, influencing the entire development lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement: Proactively identify and address potential quality risks, contributing to a culture of excellence

What You'll Bring:

• Proven expertise in software testing, with a strong track record of planning, executing, and reporting on testing activities.
• Deep experience in developing and maintaining automated API and browser-based checks.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting to set up test data and analyze logs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex testing projects.
• Extensive experience in web application and API testing.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
• Bonus points for:
• Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with webdriver.io or Playwright.
• Experience with mobile testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/CircleCI).
• Active engagement with the software testing community and awareness of industry trends.
