VIP's 99Bottles team is seeking a motivated and collaborative Distributor Manager to help drive the adoption of our innovative software among alcohol distributors. At VIP we are revolutionizing the way alcohol distributors interact with retailers by automating vendor cost collection. Over the past five years, our 99Bottles team has experienced rapid growth. Position Type: Full Time. Preference for hybrid, (reporting to our office headquarters in Winter Park, FL), but will consider remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the shift from traditional pricing communication (spreadsheets and emails) to a more efficient, automated solution using 99Bottles software.
• Provide training and support to distributor users, helping them effectively manage products, pricing, and cost data within the 99Bottles platform.
• Collaborate with the 99Bottles support team to troubleshoot and resolve any distributor-related pricing communication issues.
• Coordinate the integration of distributors' ERP systems (VIP – RPC, Encompass) with the 99Bottles platform.
• Work closely with the retail team to identify and pursue prospective new clients for the platform.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation to support training and troubleshooting efforts.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance both product functionality and user experience.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the development team to define user-centric feature requests based on real-world use cases.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel skills: Proficient in handling large datasets, with strong experience using VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other data management functions.
• Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to find actionable insights.
• Software experience: Proven ability to use software platforms to collaborate with clients and deliver solutions.
• Quick learner: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: Think strategically and act decisively to drive innovation and solve problems.
• Team player: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with developers and other team members to optimize the user experience.
