Sales Outreach Administrator
VIP is seeking a friendly and charismatic Sales Outreach Administrator to join our Supplier Sales Team! This role combines administrative support for sales operations with the expertise to manage and optimize the marketing, sales and customer service platform, HubSpot. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM data, supporting sales processes, and ensuring the effective use of HubSpot features for our sales and marketing teams.

Position Type: Full Time, Hybrid. This position will report to our office headquarters in Colchester, VT.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Administration:
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within HubSpot
- Serve as the point of contact for internal users regarding HubSpot questions and issues
- Develop and maintain HubSpot workflows, process documentation, and reporting dashboards
- Ensure data integrity through data import management, auditing, cleanup, and deduplication
- Monitor system performance and user activity to identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain workflows to assist lead generation in the sales process
- Analyze campaigns and digital assets performance
- Sales Administration:
- Support sales operations by maintaining accurate CRM data and customer records
- Prepare sales reports and performance metrics
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management and meeting scheduling
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience
- Collaboration and Training:
- Work with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Provide training and guidance to users on HubSpot features and functionalities
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to sales processes and HubSpot configurations
- Maintaining and communicating marketing outreach activities with the sales team
- Work one-on-one with sales reps to create targeted communications to their territories
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing (preferred) or similar with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in sales administration or CRM management
- Strong understanding of HubSpot's or similar software capabilities and functionalities
- Experience with data management, reporting, and process automation
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
