Routing Implementation Specialist

VIP is seeking an organized and experienced Routing Implementation Specialist to join our BizStride Logistics Team. The Routing Implementation Specialist will be responsible for training new customers on BizStride's logistics software for their daily routing, route planning, and route analytics. Implementations are primarily done remotely, but flexibility to travel would be a plus. Some evening availability will be required. Our ideal candidate will have some experience working with data, some knowledge of routing concepts, experience with problem solving, and be a self starter. Position Type: Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT

Primary Responsibilities

• Project Management
• Train new and existing customers to use our logistics software
• Analyze customers’ routing and scheduling operations to determine the best use of our software and services
• Implement tools and verify customer data required to perform logistics services
• Provide post-implementation support which may include before/after hours availability for on-call troubleshooting

Requirements

• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Excellent organizational and communications skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different situations and handle change efficiently
• Confidence to train and speak in front of end users and management
• Ability to self-manage effectively and keep track of multiple projects at once
• Self-motivation to work independently and as a team player
• 2-3 years of work experience in logistics/routing services preferred but not required (in the beverage industry is a plus)

Compensation: $50,000-$62,500/year

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and industry background. The range listed here represents our best faith estimate for the role.
