The Marketing Designer is Vermont Information Processing's (VIP) visual storyteller and a direct contributor to revenue generation. You will translate complex product value propositions and campaign strategies into compelling visuals that capture attention, build brand trust, and move buyers through the funnel. Every asset you create has a job to do: generate pipeline and build our brand. This position sits within the Marketing organization, the role will require constant communication with the UX design team that sits in the product organization to ensure that VIP’s look and feel is consistent throughout our content.

Position Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the look and feel of the company website and its UX (use of color, CTA placement, and navigational elements) to drive marketing generated pipeline.
  • Design high-impact sales collateral (sell sheets, one-pagers, battlecards, and pitch decks) that directly enable the sales team to close deals.
  • Create campaign assets across email, paid media, social, and web that drive click-through and conversion
  • Own the visual execution of VIP's rebrand rollout in our marketing materials — including the website — ensuring consistent brand application across all customer-facing touchpoints
  • Partner with demand gen and product marketing to design content that supports every stage of the buyer journey
  • Build and maintain a scalable asset library so the team can move fast without sacrificing quality
  • Translate data and product stories into infographics, presentations, and visual narratives that resonate with beverage alcohol industry buyers
  • Support event and roadshow materials — booth graphics, digital signage, printed collateral — that generate leads in person

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing design experience, ideally in SaaS or technology
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Portfolio demonstrating campaign design that drove measurable engagement or conversion
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and the ability to work within and evolve them
  • Experience designing for email, digital ads, social, and print
  • Ability to work fast and iterate based on feedback without losing quality
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or marketing automation platforms a plus

Compensation: $65,000-$89,000/year

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and industry background. The range listed here represents our best faith estimate for the role.
