Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Jr. Product Success Manager to join our dedicated Client team. This role is focused exclusively on supporting the client accounts, working closely with both internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and successful product experience.

As a Jr. Product Success Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction, driving adoption, surfacing insights, and supporting the broader success strategy for each client. You’ll report directly to the Sr. Manager of Product Success and contribute to the execution of account-specific initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day relationship management and operational success of assigned accounts and respective deals.
  • Assist in onboarding and training Client stakeholders (internal and external teams) on product features and updates.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage, proactively identifying opportunities for increased engagement.
  • Collect, organize, and report on user feedback, product issues, and enhancement requests from Clients (internal and external teams).
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, Support, and Data teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation, reports, and presentations for Client-specific initiatives.
  • Help track success metrics and KPIs tied to client’s product use and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on product updates and industry trends relevant to Client’s goals.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in product success, customer success, or related client-facing role (SaaS or tech environment preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a high-profile client.
  • Experience with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
