What You'll Do Here:
- Monitor all brand social channels (which could include, but are not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitch,Reddit) on a daily basis.
- Oversee ongoing measurement and data analysis to ensure regular performance reports adhere to a high standard of excellence and provide valuable insights on results
- Work with creative and strategy team to ideate and develop dynamic and engaging content as well as content calendars according to strategies implemented for each brand within portfolio
- Facilitate all proactive and reactive engagement and community building as needed
- Ensure a seamless execution for all content and client campaigns and ensure fail safe processes are in place for quality assurance
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
- Lead creative presentations of approved work to clients/ team members when required.
- Stay on top of all trends, competitive work, and maintain best industry practices
- Support and act as back-up for key community management programs where/when needed
- Manage crisis situations efficiently and effectively across different social media platforms
- Assist in oversight of community managers in order to help them level-up their skills
- Develop and create platform-native content (including copy, visuals, and short-form video) that supports ongoing community engagement, reactive moments, and campaign amplification.
What You'll Need To Have:
- 4+ years of social media management and a proven track record of growing engaged communities across platforms
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Experience building brands on social media - a proven track record building accounts and driving engagement
- Passion for creating and executing on strategy
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Hootsuite)
- Experience with social listening platforms (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, etc.)
- A desire to stay on top of trends and learn more
- Must have a university degree, or college diploma, in a relevant field such as marketing, business, public relations, communications, and/or have equivalent work experience.
