We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. This role focuses on accounts payable processing, accounts receivable support, fixed asset accounting processes, and monthly reconciliations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with high transaction volumes, and able to support recurring financial tasks while assisting the broader finance team as needed.

What You'll Do Here:

Post daily bank receipts and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system.
Provide accounts receivable support, including assisting with transaction reviews and resolving posting discrepancies.
Post vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and documentation.
Create and maintain vendor records in the accounting and payment system.
Monitor the AP inbox, and respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely manner.
Prepare weekly pay runs, ensuring supporting documentation is complete and payment details are accurate.
Prepare monthly reconciliations for fixed assets, intangible assets, and prepaid expense accounts.
Prepare reconciliations for designated bank accounts to ensure alignment between bank statements and internal financial records.
Support efficient credit card processing by reviewing documentation, verifying transactions, and posting entries accurately to maintain financial integrity.
Assist the Finance team with additional ad-hoc accounting and operational tasks as required.

What You'll Need To Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1–3 years of experience in full cycle accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
Experience working with ERP or accounting systems preferred, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high transaction volumes.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
