Jr Marketing Designer

We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Marketing Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help shape and evolve our brand identity, craft compelling visual assets, and support marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. You'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to bring creative ideas to life in a fast-paced fintech environment. This is a great opportunity for a designer who is eager to grow, has a strong eye for brand consistency, and is excited about the intersection of design and financial technology.

This role is onsite in NYC, in our SoHo office.

What you bring on day one:

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing design, brand design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma - you know your way around components, auto layout, and shared libraries
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand design, marketing collateral, and/or digital assets
• Experience working in or a genuine interest in the fintech or financial services industry
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

What you will own:

• Design marketing materials including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, presentations, and ads
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop on-brand creative for campaigns and product launches
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Create and iterate on designs in Figma, sharing work and incorporating feedback from cross-functional stakeholders
• Support the development of visual assets that communicate complex fintech concepts in a clear and engaging way
• Assist in managing a library of design templates and assets for team-wide use

Through the internal and market data Vise has collected, we expect the salary range for this position to be $70,000- $85,000 per year, plus a competitive equity package. Your actual compensation will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Vise offers a wide range of comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits.
