Who we’re looking for

An experienced annotator who understands how the quality of their work impacts the model’s we train. Must be a self-starter who’s comfortable with change and uncertainty. As an early member of the team you’ll help shape what the role should be long-term, setting and sharing best practices as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of data management and annotation processes, including:
  • Onboarding and training new team members on annotation work and software
  • Continuously improving our annotation workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product and ML teams to:
  • Ensure the development of high-quality datasets that meet our evolving needs
  • Identify and request additional software tooling when necessary
• Conduct in-depth analysis of model errors, providing to the ML team to drive improvements

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous experience annotating.
• Background in IT, computer science, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex data projects and workflows
• Strong communication skills
