What You’ll Be Doing…
- Develop and implement application solutions: This includes designing, coding, testing, and deploying new applications or enhancements to existing ones.
- Technical documentation: Creating clear and comprehensive documentation such as user guides, system specifications, and troubleshooting guides.
- Problem resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving application issues reported by users or identified through testing.
- System integration: Ensuring seamless integration of new or modified applications with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Performance optimization: Monitoring and optimizing application performance to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
- Project plans and timelines: Creating and managing project plans, including defining project scope, tasks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Progress reports: Providing regular updates on project progress to stakeholders, including identifying and mitigating risks.
- Client communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Testing and quality assurance: Developing and executing test plans to ensure applications meet requirements and quality standards.
- User training: Providing training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the application.
- Client satisfaction: Ensuring client satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations throughout the project and beyond.
- Researching and evaluating new technologies: Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
- Contributing to knowledge sharing and collaboration: Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
What You’ll Bring To The Table…
- Academic qualifications in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience in application development, support, or a related field.
- Significant experience with ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated experience with programming languages, software development tools, and relevant technologies is crucial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and methodologies

The base pay range for this position in Canada is $75k-$113k / year + bonus
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
