Senior Solution Advisor, Embedded Analytics

Visier Embedded Analytics offer foundational technology for our partners to commercialize data, intelligence and AI for their customers and advisory practices across key verticals, including HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. As a Solution Advisor, you play a critical role in the value realization of our Partners with Visier’s embedded platform & solutions. You advise Chief Product Officers and their teams on the best analytics to bring to market. You own the design of these solutions and support the Partner teams (development, product, go to market) from ideation to implementation to launch. You are responsible for designing solutions that meet the end customer’s needs, fit into the Partner product portfolio and align with our platform’s capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in the Visier People Data Platform and the HCM domain to ensure that technical components are effectively integrated into Partner solutions and deliver real-world impact.
What you'll be doing...
- Facilitate discovery and ideation workshops to define a product vision and its impact on the Partner organization and its customers
- Build alignment across partner stakeholders (business, technical, executive) on that product vision
- Support proof of concept (POC) projects by designing, developing, and presenting advanced analytics tailored to the partner data, demonstrating the value proposition of our platform.
- Scope the at-scale partner solution, including data requirements, integration needs, and anticipated usage, to support the pricing and packaging exercise.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and return on investment to support the partner’s decision-making process.
- Lead the solution design during the implementation, working closely with Visier’s and Partner's technical teams to ensure product market fit at launch.
- Support Partner Go-To-Market teams as needed with your Solution and domain expertise
- Proactively identify solution expansion opportunities within existing partner accounts.
- Lead POC projects for new use cases, showcasing additional capabilities and driving further adoption of our data and analytics platform.
What you'll bring to the table...
- Experienced in Solution Advisor or similar roles consulting, designing, or implementing analytics solutions for companies of all sizes.
- Experienced in Product Management.
- Experienced working with data visualization tools and techniques, and building advanced data models to support data analysis by various lines of business.
- Strong knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing and data engineering patterns and techniques for analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- An academic background in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in Product Design, data analytics, people analytics or related disciplines are a plus.
- Experience in the HR technology industry, and understanding their data challenges and needs is a plus.
- Experience working with the Visier Data Platform is a plus.

The base pay range for this position in USA is 130k - 160k USD / year + bonus
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
