People & Culture Intern

- Provide administrative support for all aspects of the employee lifecycle - including talent acquisition, offers, onboarding, benefits, leaves, internal movement, compensation, and offboarding
- Collect and maintain confidential employee information, ensuring timely enrolment, processing and reporting
- Coordinate training enrollments, compliance, attendance tracking, and communications
- Maintain up-to-date People & Culture content in our internal systems and with external vendors
- Draft correspondence with employees and external service providers, and content for internal & external communications
- Partner with People & Culture leaders to streamline and integrate all people operations systems and processes
- Contribute to positive employee experiences by delivering exceptional customer service in all interactions
- Participate in a variety of People & Culture projects and initiatives

- Previous experience in a fast-paced, changing, corporate environment

The base pay range for this position in Canada is $45-60K/ year.
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
