Sr Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

What you'll be doing...
Planning
- Support long-term, strategic planning
- Lead and execute various planning cycles (semi-annual planning, quarterly rolling-
forward forecasts, ad-hoc planning scenarios)
Reporting
- Working with senior leaders, design and develop SaaS industry KPIs to measure and benchmark Visier’s performance
- Improve and deliver recurring reporting packages to provide business results to Visier’s board of directors, senior management and head of departments
- Lead the implementation of Visier analytics internally
Analysis
- Perform analysis and provide value-added insights on business performance and projections
- Research and monitor SaaS benchmark stats and analyze Visier’s performance against others
- Manage the variance analysis of various expenditures – explanation of variances and adjustment of the forecast models to reflect operational adjustments
Decision Support
- Develop and maintain various financial models to support decision-making on various strategic initiatives
- Support VP, Finance on evaluating business opportunities, financing, pricing, etc.
- Support VP, Finance to drive automation across functions to scale Visier’s processes
What you'll bring to the table...
- Tech industry experience strongly preferred, especially within a SaaS environment.
- CPA or CFA designation considered an asset.
- Experience working with various information technology and financial systems; NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Pigment and EPM/planning system experience a strong asset.
- Experience with financial analysis paired with strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and result-driven.
- Ability to embrace frequent changes and enjoy building flexible processes to support the organization with a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to see the big picture but also enjoys the details.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The base pay range for this position in Canada is 112k - 168k / year + bonus
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
