We are looking for highly motivated, self starters to join our project management team within our embedded analytics business. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of embedded partnership projects with some of the largest HR vendors on the market. Your mission will be to bring these projects to life, working with teams and individuals from different departments and diverse backgrounds. With each successful project your impact will be felt organization-wide as you help enable thousands of companies across the globe to begin their analytics journey. We're ideally seeking candidates based in Vancouver who will work a hybrid Tues - Thurs in office, Mon - Fri WFH however will consider candidates based remotely across Canada.
What you'll be doing...
- Leading, collaborating, and motivating multi-disciplined project teams, ensuring alignment, focus and successful completion of key goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with stakeholder groups to successfully navigate time-sensitive and/or complex situations.
- Prioritizing, multitasking and managing multiple project scopes simultaneously.
- Identifying potential problems and risks proactively, then taking initiative to monitor, mitigate and resolve these swiftly and efficiently.
- Building and cultivating positive relationships across project teams through empathy and understanding.
- Reporting key project updates to management and executive team periodically.
- Creating and maintaining project plans, scope statements, risk management plans and other project artifacts.
- Continuous learning about Visier technologies, solutions and processes in order to develop your capabilities.
What you'll bring to the table...
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS implementation projects—especially in white-label or embedded product environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading concurrent, cross-functional projects with enterprise partners or clients.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently engage senior-level stakeholders, drive alignment, and influence decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to track and manage interdependent workstreams, technical requirements, and tight go-to-market timelines.
- A strategic mindset with a bias for action—able to anticipate risks, adapt plans, and remove blockers to ensure partner success.
- Deep understanding of project management best practices; PMP certification or similar accreditation is a strong asset.
- Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and context-aware in both written and verbal formats, with a knack for simplifying the complex.

The base pay range for this position in Canada is $80k - $105k + bonus
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
