Enterprise Account Manager

This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. or you can work out of our New York City office in Midtown Manhattan.
What you can expect as Enterprise Account Manager at Visiting Media:
The Enterprise Account Manager will focus on managing key customer accounts, ensuring their success, satisfaction, and revenue growth. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, overseeing the overall health of accounts, and driving strategic initiatives to expand the customer footprint and achieve mutual success. You will work closely with sales to identify opportunities for growth, including renewals and upsells, and will use Salesforce to forecast and manage account performance. You will leverage modern technology like AI to drive innovation and efficiency within our organization. We anticipate some of your overall responsibilities to be:
- Revenue Growth and Strategic Expansion
- Identify opportunities to expand the footprint within existing customer accounts, driving growth in ARR by understanding customer needs and aligning them with product offerings.
- Collaborate with sales to strategically position upsell opportunities and cross-functional solutions.
- Sales Partnership
- Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies, and account plans to ensure overall customer relationship as well as optimized account revenue production relationship.
- Customer Relationship Management & Business Reviews
- Partner with Customer Success to develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and buyers at properties and with ownership groups.
- Engage with customers to highlight success, recommend solutions, and increase usage across their organization through leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for growth.
- Renewal Strategy and Execution
- Manage contract renewals by proactively initiating discussions with customers well in advance of renewal dates.
- Ensure a high renewal rate (target >97%) by addressing concerns early and positioning additional value where needed.
- Account Forecasting and Pipeline Management
- Leverage Salesforce for accurate forecasting of customer growth, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on forecasts and revenue growth projections, providing clear visibility into the account pipeline.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers are receiving the full value of the company’s offerings.
What previous experience will likely set you for success:
- Proven experience in managing relationships with large Enterprise clients or management groups, driving success, expansion, and market share growth.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple Enterprise client relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and relevant software.
- Familiarity with photography, multimedia content, or technology solutions is a plus.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or related sectors, with an understanding of its unique business models, customer expectations, and operational challenges.

As a remote company we’ll help ensure you have the tools needed to work from wherever you are. Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $75,000 - $85,000 annually with a bonus opportunity (OTE $96,000 - $109,000).
