About Vitable Health

We asked ourselves — What if better care didn’t cost more?

That’s why we built Vitable: the health benefits platform making healthcare better for employers of everyday workers. We bring accessible, high-quality care to over 85 million uninsured and underinsured Americans. Unlike traditional options, our suite of health benefits is designed with real people at the center.

Vitable empowers businesses to become better employers by making it easy to offer healthcare benefits to their teams. It's a better experience for employees and a smarter solution for employers.

Simply put, we’re built for better.

We’re growing rapidly and looking for eager team members who are hungry for change and passionate about delivering better care to the everyday worker. Does that sound like you?

About the Role

Vitable Health is looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Health & Nutrition Coach to provide personalized support to members participating in our GLP-1 and chronic care programs. This part-time, remote role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals adopt sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits aligned with their health goals.

As a key extension of our clinical care team, you’ll help bridge the gap between medical guidance and everyday implementation—offering human-centered support that goes far beyond meal plans and handouts.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct one-on-one nutrition and lifestyle assessments for Vitable members
  • Create and evolve individualized plans that promote behavior change and long-term success
  • Coach members toward weight management and chronic condition goals through education, encouragement, and accountability
  • Offer practical guidance on healthy eating, portion control, meal planning, and habit formation
  • Help members interpret and act on clinical recommendations from their care team
  • Collaborate closely with providers and support staff to ensure seamless, coordinated care
  • Accurately document sessions and interactions in electronic health records
  • Stay aligned with Vitable Health’s policies and complete all required training

What You’ll Bring

  • Background in healthcare, health benefits, or healthtech environments; experience in SaaS sales or B2B settings is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to make complex concepts accessible
  • Confidence working independently and cross-functionally in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
  • A curious mindset, a humble attitude, and a drive to build something meaningful
  • Bonus: experience working in a startup or high-growth company

Who Thrives Here

You care. About people, about purpose, about doing work that matters.

You’re the kind of person who sees a broken system and asks, “How can I fix this?” You’re not afraid of a challenge—in fact, you’re energized by it. You move fast, but you think things through. You don’t just get things done, you get the right things done.

At Vitable, we thrive on autonomy and collaboration. That means you have the space to own your work, make smart decisions, and lead with initiative, but you also know when to pull others in, ask questions, and work as a team.

You’ll fit right in if you’re:

  • Motivated by mission

  • Someone who gets sh*t done (and does it well)

  • Curious, thoughtful, and clear on your “why”

  • A self-starter who can figure things out

  • Empathetic, honest, and genuinely care about others

  • Collaborative, but confident in working independently

  • Hungry for change—and ready to help make it happen

We care deeply about the people we serve, and we care about our team just as much. We support each other, we show up with heart, and we have fun while we do it.

No egos, no jerks. Just good humans doing great work.

Inclusion at Vitable

Vitable is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences—and we’re committed to building a team that reflects the people we serve.

If you’re excited about this role but your background doesn’t match every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We care more about potential and passion than checking every box.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
