About Us

Vitable provides high-quality, accessible primary care to millions of Americans who need it most. We’re a health benefits platform that partners with businesses to serve their employees, many of whom are hourly workers. Our focus is on making healthcare simple and effective, moving past the common barriers of the traditional fee-for-service model.

As a member of our clinical team, you will be on the front lines, delivering the direct primary care that drives our mission. You'll be a key part of improving the health and well-being of underserved communities and helping us create a healthcare system that is built for better.

The Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a RN Clinical Administrator, reporting to Head of Medical. This is a part-time role (10-15 hours/week) with the potential to grow into a leadership position as the company scales.

The RN Clinical Administrator will provide day-to-day clinical and patient support, help manage clinical operations, and contribute to building and improving workflows and resources that make our care model more effective and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Support patients and member support staff with clinical triage and escalation needs.
  • Manage and monitor abnormal lab results and ensure timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Support and guide member support staff in handling patient issues requiring clinical input.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to refine and improve clinical workflows and processes.
  • Create and update patient- and team-facing clinical resources.
  • Support the clinical team with operational needs and projects.
  • Develop and perform patient education opportunities (e.g., BP training sessions, resources).
  • Embrace and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment by identifying opportunities for improvement and helping create solutions.
  • Drive operational excellence by bringing structure, clarity, and process improvements to a fast-paced startup environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Licensed in Pennsylvania and eligible for licensure across all 50 states.
  • At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year of experience in a primary care setting (not including during training).
  • At least 1 year experience in clinical administration / program development.
  • Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate across teams.
  • Strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment — excited to create order, improve workflows, and build processes from the ground up.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills; comfortable working independently and with ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Compact/NLC license strongly preferred.
  • Telehealth or digital health experience.
  • Startup experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
