         Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active independent license in New York: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC/LPC
  • Demonstrated experience using evidence based methodologies to appropriately diagnose and treat mental health conditions; delivery of care that is outcomes focused
  • Proven experience providing compassionate, patient centered therapy (individual, families, couples, groups) across the life cycle from adolescents to adults. Prior telehealth experience is highly preferred
  • Willingness to participate in training and commitment to deliver manualized protocol for our evidenced-based care pathways for suicide risk reduction
  • Proficiency using a computer and navigating technology: Google suite, video conferences,  EMR ( experience with NextGen a plus)
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and clinical documentation skills required
  • Able to work from home with reliable internet connection and ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality; meet all HIPAA requirements 

         Responsibilities:

  • Full time: 40 hour week position inclusive of administrative time
  • Conduct initial evaluation and assessments, diagnose and develop treatment plan and  provide ongoing individual, couple, family, group therapy through video-based telehealth sessions to adolescents and adults
  • Participate in a 2 week onboarding and training in our evidence-based care pathways and deliver models as trained including our suicide care intervention and risk assessments
  • Complete all required screening tools and clinical chart documentation in 24 hours
  • Attend individual supervision/consultation up to twice per month to review caseload and outcomes
  • Attend suicide care consultation group minimally once per month to drive positive outcomes and adherence to care model. Willingness to meet with a learning coach as needed to support your learning of our protocols
  • Additional duties as assigned

*In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the compensation for this position has a (base $ + performance $) range of $63,000- $109,000 annually.
