We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager (Community Care Administrator) to lead our Community Care operations in Tyler, Texas.
If you're passionate about delivering quality care, building strong teams, maintaining regulatory excellence, and making a meaningful difference for clients receiving Medicaid-funded personal attendant services, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is ideal for a hands-on healthcare leader who enjoys owning day-to-day operations while developing their career with a growing organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of a busy Community Care branch and support the growth and expansion of services into new markets.
- Build, coach, and support a team of supervisors, schedulers, coordinators, and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with Texas HHSC regulations and Medicaid requirements.
- Promote a culture focused on quality, accountability, and outstanding client service.
- Prepare for and successfully lead regulatory surveys and audits.
- Monitor branch performance, staffing, productivity, and financial results.
- Develop relationships with referral sources and community partners to support continued growth.
- Partner with senior leadership on operational initiatives, including occasional travel to Austin.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has leadership experience in Community Care, Personal Assistance Services (PAS), Medicaid-funded home care, or a similar healthcare setting.
- Understands Texas HHSC regulations and the importance of maintaining survey readiness.
- Has a passion for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Leads with integrity, accountability, and a hands-on approach.
- Can independently manage daily branch operations while supporting a collaborative team environment.
- Enjoys mentoring and developing employees.
- Is excited about growing their career within a stable, expanding organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of healthcare operations or Community Care leadership experience
- Experience managing supervisors and operational staff
- Experience with Texas Medicaid Community Care programs, PAS, CAS, or similar services
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance
- Budget, staffing, scheduling, and operational management experience
