Your Role:

The Director, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) plays a pivotal role in cross-functional planning towards our strategic targets. This leader will redesign and oversee IBP, ensuring we address gaps in our existing process and strengthen IBP as the backbone of our business, enabling faster, more effective decision-making. 

Reporting to the Sr Director Operations Development and partnering with cross-functional leadership, this role will take our planning to a new level of maturity and once updated, ensure that it runs effectively and efficiently going forward. 

What You'll Do:

Collaborate in Redesigning the IBP Process 

  • Working with the Sr Director Operations Development and a project team:
  • Redesign the IBP process, establishing standardized processes, tools, KPIs, and outputs.
  • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to design the process.
  • Bring executives leadership along on the journey gaining buy-in. 

 Lead the IBP Process 

  • Manage the monthly process ensuring effective business decisions that deliver on strategic targets with a clear plan to execute.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to analyze our demand and supply and drive the right conversations.
  • Partner closely with the Sr. Director of Operations Development to shape strategy, craft compelling narratives, and deliver Integrated Business Planning (IBP) that aligns with enterprise goals and drives cross-functional clarity and execution.
  • Optimize forecasting to ensure we are accurately planning.
  • Work with teams to develop scenarios and facilitate conversations around these scenarios to help us think through options to drive the business forward.
  • Collaborate to create the right story marrying all the analysis and data that paints the picture of the forecast and what to do next.
  • Provide connectivity between the strategic plan, supply chain planning, commercial planning, and annual operating plan (AOP), ensuring we’re planning for our longer-term targets.
  • Identify gaps in our ability to deliver and problem solve fixes with cross-functional leaders.
  • Facilitate discussions within the IBP process and outside of it to ensure we are capturing all aspects of planning.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all planning related matters, acting as the keeper of our “one source of truth” on numbers.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and impactful communication to executive leadership, cross-functional leaders, and other team members, ensuring transparency and ability to execute against the plan.
  • Define and track meaningful KPIs to evaluate performance, efficiency, and impact.
  • Continuously identify improvement opportunities based on feedback and business performance trends. 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Finance, or Strategy in CPG. Experience leading Integrated Business Planning or other planning preferred.
  • Adept at influencing and managing change at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in planning tools or technology preferred.
  • This position is remote with an estimated travel requirement of 10–20% based on business needs.
  • Deep understanding of the connectivity between planning across all functions and levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and story-telling skills that promote understanding and unified execution across the organization.
  • Strategic thinking with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get into the details.
