Your Role:
The Associate Developer, Collaboration Tools will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing collaboration solutions that enable seamless data flow between different functional areas within the organization and our stakeholders leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Application Suite, and Dynamics 365 Relationship Management tools. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify collaboration needs, and help architect scalable and efficient solutions. The Associate Developer will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our collaboration processes and technologies.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze collaboration needs, and define collaboration solutions using modern architecture and design principles
- Design, Develop, and Support implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM enabled processes with our stakeholder customers and vendors
- Design and develop workflow solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform technologies and tools to streamline and enable improved business processes
- Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, data mappings, interface/application specifications, and test plans
- Perform integration testing to validate data flows, message formats, and system interactions, and troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed
- Collaborate with others to integrate collaboration functionality with existing systems and third-party services to enhance those applications with attention to UX/UI design
- Monitor processes and performance metrics in collaboration solutions, identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization, and implement enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency
- Stay current with emerging collaboration technologies, trends, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact and relevance to the organization
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, representing the collaboration team, and providing input and support as needed
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in creating and delivering collaboration solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Office 365 Suite
- 2+ years of experience in IT roles, with a proven track record of designing and implementing collaboration solutions
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Power Platform development
- Ability to travel 25% for team meetings, company offsites, employee onboarding trips and other business needs
- Relevant experience with creating collaboration solutions for business-to-business communications enabling enterprise workflows
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including experience with CRM platforms
- Experience integrating with Microsoft cloud platforms such as SharePoint and Teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft best practices, governance, compliance (I.e. SOX) and standards
- Project management, customer service, and organization skills
- Familiarity with gathering business requirements from stakeholders
- Familiarity with business process flow mapping
- Working Knowledge of software delivery lifecycle management
- Experience with using Agile development methods and processes
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
