  • Solid understanding of software design, architecture, and data structures

As an Engineer with us you’ll:

  • Work on strategy and pricing improvements, seeing ideas through from design to production deployment.
  • You’ll be part of design and architecture discussions and collaborate across trading and platform teams to build robust, scalable systems.
  • Write clean, efficient code and take part in peer reviews that raise the bar for quality and shared learning.
  • Help design the architecture, protocols, and applications that connect our trading systems and make them perform at their best.
  • Support your trading desks by troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring our systems run smoothly end-to-end.

What You'll Get

  • A competitive salary and bonus.
  • Learning opportunities.
  • Flexible hybrid work environment (3 days in office).
  • An inclusive culture that values collaboration, diversity, and growth.
