The Opportunity:
Vivid Seats is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Skybox to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Skybox, our point-of-sale and inventory management platform for professional ticket sellers. This role will own key parts of the Skybox experience and will be responsible for delivering meaningful improvements across inventory management, pricing, multi-marketplace distribution, order fulfillment, payments, and reporting.
You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, design, analytics, seller support, marketplace and integration partners, and payments. You will help shape how professional sellers manage their inventory, price and distribute tickets across marketplaces, fulfill orders, and get paid — through a fast, reliable, and trustworthy platform that is one of Vivid Seats.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, customer-obsessed product leader with experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce operations, payments, or other workflow-driven platforms built for professional or power users. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, balancing short-term business priorities with long-term product strategy. You are a strong communicator who can align stakeholders, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
This is a great opportunity for a product manager who wants to own a highly visible, strategically important surface area of the business and drive measurable impact for the company.
How Your Role Contributes to the Success of Vivid Seats
As the Senior Product Manager, Skybox you will:
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Skybox, ensuring alignment with company goals and business priorities.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, seller support, marketplace and integration partners, payments, compliance, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver high-impact product experiences.
- Drive improvements across the seller workflow, including inventory management, pricing multi-marketplace broadcasting, order management, invoicing, fulfillment and shipping, and reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with marketplace and integration partners to expand and strengthen distribution channels, marketplace syncing, and broadcasting reliability.
- Use data, experimentation, seller feedback, competitive research, and business context to identify opportunities and make prioritization decisions.
- Define success metrics for Skybox initiatives.
- Lead product discovery and delivery in partnership with UX and engineering, translating seller and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and launch plans.
- Balance seller experience, business impact, technical complexity, speed to market, and stakeholder input to make clear and effective product tradeoffs.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, launch plans, risks, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
- Help establish strong operating rhythms for the Skybox product area, including prioritization forums, roadmap reviews, experiment readouts, and post-launch performance analysis.

- Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on platform architecture, integrations, marketplace syncing, payments, and implementation tradeoffs.
- A customer-first mindset and interest in improving the tools that power professional ticket sellers’ businesses.
