Senior Program Manager - Client Delivery

San Francisco (Brisbane)

Vivodyne creates human data before clinical trials.

We accelerate the successful discovery, design, and development of human therapeutics by testing on large, lab-grown human organ tissues at massive scale, driving technological advancement at the convergence of novel biology, robotics, and AI. We identify and validate new therapeutic targets and de-risk new therapeutic assets by producing clinically translatable multi-omic data from our proprietary, physiologically-realistic human organ tissues at unprecedented scale, speed, and quality. This enables us to produce more human data than all clinical trials in the U.S. combined. We’re financially backed by some of the most selective and successful venture funds, and we have already partnered with a majority of the top 10 multinational pharmaceutical companies to discover and develop better, safer drugs and dramatically reduce the burden of animal testing.

The Senior Program Manager - Client Delivery will report to the COO.

This is an on-site role working closely with a bicoastal delivery team and expected travel to company sites between San Francisco and Philadelphia

Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-deal execution client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives, timely invoicing, and agreed-upon milestones.
  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with client stakeholders by serving as a thought partner on project design, delivery strategy, and scientific interpretation.
  • Manage expectations with senior client stakeholders (Director/VP level) through proactive communication, structured updates, and risk mitigation.

  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

Growth & Impact Trajectory

  • Drive strategic initiatives that support Vivodyne’s scaling efforts, ensuring the company is well-positioned to support increasingly complex client engagements.
  • Immediate focus — establish and optimize foundational delivery mechanisms to ensure operational success.
  • Long-term opportunity — over time, the role is expected to transition to client relationship management leadership, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening Vivodyne’s key strategic partnerships.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
