With beautiful campuses, flexible offerings, and trained, passionate teachers, we provide parents with peace of mind while offering employers the most powerful tool for recruitment, retention, and productivity.

About the Role:
The Curriculum Lead serves as the primary curricular and instructional leader on campus. The ideal candidate is a veteran teacher of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with deep expertise in child development, progressive learning models, and leading/coaching adults. This person will also support other administrative duties as needed, including ordering curriculum materials and ensuring Vivvi lessons meet the highest educational standards.

As a Curriculum Lead, you will:

  • Ensure the ongoing delivery of a developmentally appropriate curriculum that honors the Vivvi philosophy of quality education and care while adhering to guidelines.
  • Train new teachers on the Vivvi Learning Model, a child-centered, inquiry-based approach.
  • Coach faculty members and model instructional best practices.
  • Lead professional development as needed.
  • Open and close the school as needed; serve as school leader in the Head of School's absence.
  • Serve as a resource to families.

Apply today if you:

  • Have 2-5 years of relevant experience working with ages birth - 4 years old.
  • Have or are working toward NYS Initial or Permanent Teaching Certification in Birth to 2
  • Have a BA or MA in Early Childhood Education.
  • Are an expert in emergent- or inquiry-based curricula and a progressive approach to early childhood education.
  • Have an exceptional track record of building positive relationships with families, children, and faculty and staff.
  • Possess excellent leadership skills, including the ability to define goals and motivate staff towards success.
  • Are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Have demonstrated competency with digital tools such as Google Suite, Brightwheel, etc.
