About the Role
As the Assistant Head of School, you’ll play a critical leadership role in ensuring the overall success of our campus. In close partnership with the Head of School, you’ll support and manage key areas including school operations, compliance, enrollment, staff development, and parent partnership. • Compliance & Operations: Serve as the campus lead for compliance, licensing, and health and safety. Maintain a thorough understanding of Article 47 and other relevant regulations. Manage day-to-day operational logistics, delegate responsibilities, and coordinate emergency preparedness and safety procedures.

  • Family & Community Engagement: Drive enrollment and retention efforts through relationship-building, communication, and community initiatives. Support a welcoming and responsive school environment for all families.

We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

  • Hold a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

  • Are skilled in building relationships with families and staff

  • Align with Vivvi’s mission and values, especially in creating inclusive, high-quality learning environments
