Solutions Engineer

Vizit, a fast-growing startup that pioneered the field of image analytics, is looking for a talented Solutions Engineer to join our team. This individual contributor role will report to the VP of Sales and provide technical expertise, manage pre-sales activities, and help drive successful sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce or marketing technology sales environments, particularly with CPG brands and retailers. This position requires seamless collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
In this role, you’ll partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that help some of the world’s leading brands, including Mars, L’Oréal, and Unilever, optimize their visual content for engagement, sales, and connection.

Role Overview
As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in demonstrating the value of Vizit’s platform to prospective customers. By combining your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer-first mindset, you’ll help prospects envision how Vizit can transform their visual content strategies. Your work will ensure that sales opportunities are technically sound, customized, and positioned for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to navigate complex, technical deal cycles. Sales to qualify prospects, understand prospects their business needs, and map Vizit’s solutions to prospects goals.
- Support discovery sessions with prospects to deeply understand current state, business needs, and identify opportunities to map Vizit’s solutions to their goals. and for improvement
- Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations that showcase Vizit’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to design and deliver thoughtful deal structures proofs-of-concept (POCs) that address specific customer challenges.
- Build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and present technical proposals, ROI analyses, and use case recommendations to prospects.
- Stay current with Vizit’s evolving features and functionality to provide technical expertise in conversations with prospects and customers.
- Collect and communicate prospect customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform product development and innovation.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 2+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and web technologies; familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences and answer questions on the fly.
- A problem-solver’s mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively in high-pressure situations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and addressing their unique needs and challenges.
- Self-motivated with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with visual content analytics, digital marketing, or e-commerce technologies.
