We are seeking Senior Consultants passionate about sustainability who wish to contribute to the entrepreneurial and rapidly evolving environment of Neture Impact.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience in strategy consulting.
  
  
• Strong interest in sustainability and its application across different sectors.
  
  
• Experience in sustainability-related projects (desirable).
  
  
• Relevant sustainability certifications (a plus).
  
  
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
  
  
• Proven ability to lead proposals and project workstreams independently.
  
  
• Capacity to immerse yourself in clients’ organisational reality to understand their culture, processes and behaviours.
  
  
• Ability to identify client needs and new business opportunities.
