Who we are looking for:

  • Organize team meetings and produce contact reports with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Take accurate meeting notes, capture action items, and transfer actions to the weekly status, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Execute and manage aspects of creative development and production of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards.
  • Track revisions and feedback for each job, ensuring information is documented, communicated to team members, and actively reflected with precision.
  • Learn and understand VML processes and more, becoming a master of our internal systems.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and participate in key client meetings, contributing your insights and ensuring smooth communication.

  • Assist in entry-level financial activities, such as drafting scopes, updating financial tracking documents, and preparing billing for review with a supervisor, maintaining impeccable records.
  • Ensure collaboration sites are kept current, organized, and easily accessible.
  • Research client business and project to ensure you understand the client's business and purpose of each brief, becoming a true expert on their needs.

Who You Are & What You'll Need:

  • A Relentless Eye for Detail: You notice things others miss and take pride in your accuracy. Typos are your nemesis!
  • A Drive to Succeed: You're not afraid to work hard and go the extra mile to achieve your goals (and maybe even a little further!).
  • Master of Organization: Spreadsheets are your playground, and you love keeping things in order. Color-coding is your superpower.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You can clearly and concisely communicate your ideas, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel): You're comfortable using these tools to manage data and create reports.
  • A Willingness to Learn: You're eager to absorb new information and take on new challenges.
  • Bonus Points: If you've ever alphabetized your spice rack or created a perfectly organized sock drawer.

This will be a hybrid opportunity at the office of this posting. The dates for this program are June 3rd-August 7th.

We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
