Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Implementation Consultant to assist in the configuration, support, and implementation of SFMC solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational SFMC experience who are eager to expand their skills and grow into a more senior consultant role. You will collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to implement effective marketing automation solutions that drive customer engagement and business results.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) components, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.

Support the gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements to help design effective marketing journeys and automation workflows.

Collaborate with senior team members to build and test customer journeys, segmentation models, and campaign automations.

Develop basic to intermediate AMPscript, SQL queries, and data extensions for personalized marketing experiences.

Learn and assist with API integrations between SFMC and other systems, including Salesforce CRM.

Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support to ensure successful campaign launches.

Create or contribute to end-user documentation, training materials, and ongoing support resources.

Stay current with SFMC best practices and new features, proactively suggesting improvements where appropriate.
Requirements:
-
1–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or relevant academic/work experience).

Working knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.

Basic experience or understanding of AMPscript and SQL for dynamic content and personalization.

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and basic concepts of data integration/API usage.

Understanding of marketing campaign lifecycle, including segmentation, personalization, and reporting.

Interest in learning about email compliance, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or other SFMC certifications (or working toward certification).

Exposure to Mobile Studio, Social Studio, or Marketing Cloud Connect.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tableau, or other marketing reporting tools.

Educational background or experience in marketing, digital communications, or technology consulting.
