The opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Adobe Integration Specialist to join our digital marketing and technology team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integrations across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to support end-to-end digital experiences. This role will focus on leveraging Adobe's suite (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch, and others) to deliver personalized, data-driven customer journeys.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the integration of Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, Campaign, etc.) with internal systems and external platforms.
- Work closely with developers, solution architects, and marketing teams to ensure optimal use of Adobe tools across digital touchpoints.
- Implement and manage Adobe Launch (Tags) to deploy and manage analytics and marketing scripts.
- Support data layer strategy and integration to ensure accurate and actionable analytics.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration maps, and data flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, identifying opportunities to optimize performance and stability.
- Collaborate on personalization and A/B testing strategies using Adobe Target and Audience Manager.
- Ensure proper tagging and data capture for robust reporting and analytics through Adobe Analytics.
- Stay current with Adobe platform updates and recommend new capabilities to improve digital strategy.
What we want from you:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (especially AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Target).
- Proven experience integrating Adobe products in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and tag management systems.
- Design scalable tagging solutions using Adobe Launch with governance frameworks for multi-market sites
- Integrate Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with external CRMs, DMPs, or data lakes for unified customer views
- Work with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or RT-CDP for real-time segmentation and orchestration
- Use Adobe I/O and SDKs for custom integrations and workflow automation
- Manage Experience Cloud ID (ECID) setup and identity stitching across solutions
- Familiarity with REST APIs, server-side and client-side integrations.
- Experience with data layers (e.g., W3C or custom), event-driven architecture, and debugging tools (e.g., Charles Proxy, Adobe Debugger).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple integration points.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and IT teams.
If you know some of this even better:
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Experience in automotive, retail, or large-scale B2C industries.
- Familiarity with privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) in digital tracking and data handling.
