The opportunity:
Are you an ambitious and organized individual with 1-2 years of experience in agency account management, eager to take the next step in your career? We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our client services team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our senior account leads, managing day-to-day client communications, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to hone your skills, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute directly to exciting creative campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as a key daily contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication, managing expectations, and building strong working relationships.
- Help coordinating team members, managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from inception to completion.
- Facilitate smooth workflow between clients and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Help to translate client needs into clear and actionable creative briefs.
- Support the preparation of client reports, presentations, and meeting materials, helping to track campaign performance.
- Review deliverables to ensure they meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor project-specific budgets and alert senior team members to potential scope changes or issues.
- Proactively seek opportunities to learn about client industries, agency processes, and strategic marketing principles.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a complex stakeholder management environment and being comfortable juggling multiple workstreams as being flexible to adapt to shifting needs of clients
- Previous creative agency account management experience
- Proven organizational and planning skills, must be precise and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
