The opportunity:
The Social Media Manager (mid-level) helps increase our clients’ exposure through social media platforms. They closely cooperate with relevant account management teams across all areas including creative, influencer and PR. They are the link between the business of our clients and their social media followers. Their responsibility runs from creating monthly editorial calendars and creating social media copies to understanding and implementing complex social media strategies to deliver the brands’ messages to relevant target groups. They understand and analyze data and prepare tailor-made reports to determine which initiatives work best for brands. They are also up-to-date with the newest trends and enthusiastic social media consumers themselves.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee and/ or execute day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Manage clients individually or within a team
- Facilitate scaling brand awareness through various social media channels
- Work with the brand teams to create and implement social media strategies monthly
- Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar
- Develop and produce content/assets for our clients’ social media channels and cooperate with the creative team
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
- Organize content in content management systems
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools
- Research trends, audiences and more
- Understand community management and social listening
What we want from you:
- 3-4 years of social media management experience preferably at an agency
- General knowledge of SEO and Google analytics, PPC knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Hungarian (verbal and written alike)
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize and implement them on relevant platforms
- Relevant experience determining a target audience
- The ability to convert traditional marketing content into engaging and brand relevant social content
- Knowledge of social platforms and tools
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
- Polished in presentation and communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills
