Account Manager needed to join us and build strong, long-term relationships with our customers, driving sustainable growth and ensuring long-term customer success.

What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for the success and growth of our customer accounts, turning strong relationships into sustainable revenue.
- Customer Relationship & Growth Management
- Proactively building and maintaing strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Securing regular meetings to discuss solution expansion, new opportunities, and strategic areas for growth.
- Act as the voice of the customer, championing their needs within the business.
- Commercial Opportunity Development
- Identifying and progressing commercial opportunities, including user expansions, module add-ons, and scope changes.
- Initiating and managing upsell and cross-sell activities by understanding customer pain points and introducing valuable solutions.
- Supporting the renewal process to ensure high retention rates and continued customer partnership.
- Account Strategy & Support
- Developing and maintaining strategic account plans, keeping opportunities and commercial notes up to date in our systems.
- Supporting the preparation of proposals, presentations, and RFP responses, coordinating input from internal teams where needed.
- Ensuring there is clear visibility of the commercial pipeline, risks, and next steps for your accounts.
What we want from you:
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales role.
- A genuine interest in revenue growth and strategic client development.
- Confidence in positioning solutions and supporting commercial discussions.
- An entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset, with a proactive and resilient approach to progressing opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and drive alignment.
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort in managing multiple priorities effectively.
If you have some of this, even better:
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage account plans and sales pipelines.
