Title: Alliance Solution Lead, Adobe - Content Supply Chain

Job Posting Titles: GTM Solution Lead - Adobe Alliance

Solution Focus: WPP Open / Content Supply Chain (CSC)

Region/Scope: Global

The Opportunity

VML Enterprise Solutions is building differentiated joint GTM offerings at the intersection of WPP Open and Adobe's Digital Experience toolset. We're looking for an experienced solution leader to own the development and go-to-market strategy for Content Supply Chain (CSC) solutions—starting with US market focus and expanding globally over time.

This is a solution leadership role focused on building joint offerings, guiding client implementations, and enabling co-sell motions. You will work at the intersection of WPP's proprietary platforms and Adobe's DX capabilities to create packaged solutions that address enterprise content challenges. Your work will shape how VML and Adobe go to market together on content transformation.

You will guide VML's "Customer Zero" integration efforts, develop referenceable solution patterns, and advise sales teams on positioning and co-sell strategies. This is a foundational role that will define how VML differentiates in the Adobe ecosystem through WPP Open capabilities.

Role Summary

Core Identity: Own the development and go-to-market strategy for joint WPP Open/Adobe Content Supply Chain solutions. Guide integration for VML Customer Zero, build packaged offerings, and enable co-sell motions with Adobe field teams.

Role Framework: This role operates across four primary motions:

  • Solution Development (35%): Build joint GTM offerings combining WPP Open and Adobe DX capabilities
  • Client Advisory (25%): Guide Customer Zero implementation and advise on client solution design
  • Co-Sell Enablement (25%): Enable VML and Adobe sales teams on CSC positioning and use cases
  • Market Development (15%): Develop thought leadership and market presence for CSC solutions

Accountability: You are accountable for solution readiness, pipeline influence through CSC offerings, and successful Customer Zero outcomes. Success is measured by solution adoption, deal influence, and market differentiation.

Core Responsibilities

Solution Development (35%)

  • Define and build joint solution offerings combining WPP Open and Adobe DX (AEM, Workfront, GenStudio, Firefly)
  • Develop solution architecture patterns for Content Supply Chain implementations
  • Create packaged offerings with clear scope, pricing frameworks, and delivery approaches
  • Collaborate with WPP Open product teams on integration requirements and roadmap
  • Document solution specifications and technical requirements

Client Advisory & Customer Zero (25%)

  • Guide VML's Customer Zero implementation as reference for CSC solutions
  • Advise client teams on solution design and implementation approach
  • Participate in executive briefings and solution workshops with key prospects
  • Develop referenceable case studies and proof points from implementations
  • Provide technical guidance on complex integration scenarios

Co-Sell & Market Enablement (40%)

  • Enable VML sales teams on CSC solution positioning and qualification
  • Advise on co-sell motions with Adobe field teams
  • Coordinate with Adobe alliance team on joint GTM planning
  • Develop sales tools, battle cards, and discovery guides
  • Contribute to marketing content, thought leadership, and event presentations
  • Represent VML at Adobe events and industry conferences

Technology & AI Expectations

Deep fluency in partner AI/ML offerings (e.g., GenAI, automation, intelligent document processing). Lead development of AI-augmented solution offerings. Use company-approved AI tools to accelerate solution development, market analysis, and GTM content creation.

Team Leadership & Management

Accountability: Accountable for cross-functional outcomes on GTM and solution development. Success depends on ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders.

Leadership Expectations: Guide solution engineers and cross-functional teams on solution positioning and GTM execution. Influence internal investment decisions through business cases and market analysis. Build cross-functional alignment on alliance solution strategy.

Management Scope: Matrixed leadership; provides direction to solution engineers and guides cross-functional teams on GTM execution. Influences without direct authority across sales, marketing, delivery, and partner organizations.

Qualifications

Required

  • 12-15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with deep expertise in content management, DAM, or marketing operations
  • Strong understanding of content supply chain challenges and enterprise content workflows

  • Track record of building and taking solutions to market
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions

Role Positioning

This is a solution leadership role—not a quota-carrying sales role, delivery lead, or back-office alliance manager. You will be client-facing and partner-facing, shaping how VML differentiates through WPP Open + Adobe capabilities. Success requires deep solution expertise, GTM acumen, and the ability to influence both internal teams and external partners.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
