THE ROLE: TALENT ACQUISITION INTERN - PEOPLE + CULTURE TEAM

We’re looking for a People and Culture Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will be reporting to the P+C Recruiter and work with a team of HR Business partners. This role is ideal for someone interested in recruiting, HR, employer branding, or people operations who wants handson exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle. 

As a Recruiting Intern, you’ll partner closely with the recruiter and hiring managers to help move candidates through the process while also supporting employer branding and LinkedIn presence. You’ll gain experience in candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and recruiting operations, while contributing to how we show up as an employer brand. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Recruiting & Candidate Support 

  • Support resume screening and candidate review across multiple open roles 
  • Help track candidates and maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system 
  • Partner with Recruiter to identify top talent and flag strong profiles 

Interview Scheduling & Coordination 

  • Assist with interview scheduling, including coordinating calendars with candidates and interviewers 
  • Support interview logistics to ensure a smooth candidate experience 

Hiring Team & Kickoff Support 

  • Attend recruiting kickoff meetings with recruiter and hiring managers 
  • Capture notes, timelines, and next steps from kickoff and intake conversations 
  • Help ensure hiring teams stay aligned on process and expectations 

Employer Branding & LinkedIn 

  • Support development and maintenance of our LinkedIn presence 
  • Help draft and schedule posts related to hiring and employer brand 
  • Assist with brainstorming content that highlights our culture, teams, and candidate experience 
  • Partner with the TA team on branding initiatives for next years internship 

Ad Hoc Recruiting Projects 

  • Support special recruiting projects as needed (process improvements, templates, reporting, etc.) 
  • Assist with intern and early career recruiting initiatives 

SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Comfortable communicating professionally via email and Teams 
  • Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, employer branding, or people operations 
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media content is a plus 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment
